Good receipe

Now that we are vegetarians, we need to find some really funny and easy receipes to get out of the boring routine.

On Saturday, we've been looking for a nice and attractive receipes book in our favorite bookshop in Angel. We've found 2 and started to cook. Pierre is really good at it. He's already made fantastic soups with mixed aspergus and 'petit pois' (they say that in English as well). He cooked some delicious veggies marinated in white wine and then melted with some wholewheat pasta. Just amaizing. I really do enjoy when Pierre is cooking, it is like a song, or a danse, it feels just right.

Today, for a change, I am going to make my famous vegetable tart with salade for lunch... (FYI, it's bank holiday today in England!).

Anyway, It's so much fun to be a vegetarian!
